SynerPro Sweet Potato Pudding
2 Medium Organic Sweet Potatoes
1 cup cooked Organic Oats
3 to 4 tablespoons of Honey (to taste)
1 scoop of SynerProtein
8 oz RO Water
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 Medium Organic Sweet Potatoes
1 cup cooked Organic Oats
3 to 4 tablespoons of Honey (to taste)
1 scoop of SynerProtein
8 oz RO Water
1 teaspoon of sea salt
Acorn Squash Pudding
1/2 a Acorn Squash
8 Oz. Of Oats
3 Oz. Of brown sugar
2 Oz. Soaked raisins
Cook Acorn Squash for 40 min and then peal, take seeds out, mash and mix with all the other ingredients. Put mixture on a glass pan and bake for 35 min at 350F
